MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsibilities include providing leadership, coordination, mentoring and development of the Medical nutrition, the Consumer Care and VMHS (Vitamin, minerals, herbs supplements) Field Force and Key Account team in order to gain and grow profitable business within CZ and SK. Responsible for leading all channels (distributors, retail-Drug chains, Pharmacies, E-commerce, Hospitals, HCPc and Elderly homes channel). Develop and execute sales strategy per individual brand & product portfolio, including new channels opportunity (convenient retail). Demonstrates strong leadership by effective communication and coaching skills. Actively uses analytic competencies to identify development opportunities in the field, leads the creation and implementation of robust sales plans to maximize individual and team performance. Represent NHS within Key Opinion Leaders in Hospital and Pharmacy area on International and National congresses. Participate in and organize expert roundtables with current topics focused on healthcare and nutrition.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes and continuously strengthens a High Performing Team culture in CZ-SK Consumer Care, VMHS Sales Team (field sales and KAMs) and Medical Nutrition team
- Leads the CZ-SK Consumer Care Sales and Medical Nutrition team on all day-to-day operational and strategic levels (Field sales and Key Accounts team)
- Contributes to the continuous development of the long term NHSc Business Strategy as part of the Leadership team. Responsible for short and long term sales strategy development. Actively looks for new commercial- sales opportunities in given channel - exploring NHS sales of existing and new brands in E-commerce (including new D2C solution/ Dexter project), Pharmacies and looks for ops in retail (drug chains, convenient retail / especially for VMHS portfolio)
- Effectively translates overall business strategies into impactful sales plans by team and by territory, supervises and leads implementation. Responsibility for overall customer business plan & sales execution leading to overall company targets accomplishment
- Creates high quality sales forecasts for the respective categories in alignment with signed off sales plans, and the delivers on the respective sales and ROI targets. Responsible for all customers management, including the joint business plan/ annual plan preparation and negotiation. Leads the customer negotiation.
- Performs all management tasks including, comprehensive analysis of geographic potential, business review of individual team member's territory as well as entire region, expense reports, and other projects and reports as assigned.
- Strong cooperation cross functionally (marketing, distribution, finance, Global NHS teams)
KEY REQUIEREMENTS:
- University degree preferably in medical area
- 8 years of successful professional sales and field force experience in the health care industry (Rx portfolio of products)
- 3 to 5 years of field force leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of success
- Substantial Experience in both institutional and outpatient channel. Exposure to Medical Nutrition category is a benefit, not a must.
- Understanding and mastering KOL management
- Market and local legislation knowledge
- Willingness to business trips across CZ and SK
- Czech or Slovak native speaker
