We have the mantra at Payflows of extreme autonomy, if you want something, and it’s rationale we make it happen. In this role, you’re the CEO of LDN tasked with achieving X amount of revenue. You build the strategy, you execute the strategy - you crush this, many more opportunities await you.

Finance teams spend 82% of their time on manual, non-strategic tasks — booking invoices, preparing payment files, reconciling lines, repeating the same reports. It turns them into data entry clerks instead of drivers of business performance and makes the job dull and unattractive.

We’re on a mission to change that. We’re building the next-generation ERP suite: a unified, intelligent finance platform for mid-size to enterprise companies. From AI-powered procurement to global banking connectivity, we’re rethinking every corner of finance. One sleek financial platform, endless possibilities.

🚀 Context - we want the next Michael Jordan:

We’re seeing massive traction in the UK — and you’ll be one of the very first boots on the ground in London. You’ll be backed by a growing team of 2 SDRs (based in LDN) and a tight-knit sales crew spread between Paris and London.

We’re selling a B2B SaaS platform designed for finance leaders — CFOs, Heads of Treasury, VPs of Finance — to help them manage everything from procurement to treasury, all in one place. It’s a strategic, value-driven sale with a typical cycle of around 3 months.

Having some accounting or finance knowledge is definitely a plus but not essential.

🧑‍🚀 Your mission:

  • Lead and achieve sales targets by winning new logos

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure

  • Shape a consistent pipeline generation engine

  • Plan your pipeline activities to support the company growth with consistence

  • Use a data-driven approach utilizing Hubspot and other tools to track progress proactively

  • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders you’ll meet during the sales cycle (C-Level, Business, Users and IT)

  • Demonstrate our value proposition to our prospects, handle demonstration

  • Participate in renowned financial events and act as an ambassador within the financial community

  • Collaborating closely with your BDRs and the rest of the team to solve problems


Preferované skúsenosti

  • You already have a demonstrated experience (closing 4+ years) working for a B2B SaaS product and selling to C-Levels buyer personas: you are comfortable driving negotiation and closing deals

  • You are organized, methodical, and have a taste for documenting sales playbook

  • You are able to deal with uncertainty and are comfortable handling multiple stakeholders during a sell cycle, including business units and IT teams

  • You understands the value of utilizing best in class methodologies when building pipeline and qualifying opportunities

  • You are a team player, and enjoy collaborating with product teams and tech teams

  • You speak English fluently
