📢 About the Role:

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating initial contact with potential customers, and setting up appointments or demonstrations for the Sales team.

      • You will prioritize your potential prospects, identify target customers and research key information.
      • You make qualification calls with prospects (identifying the needs of your contacts and their budget projections)
      • You organise meetings between your qualified leads and the Account Executives, and you follow the entire sales process!
      • You work closely with Sales team to brief them on the prospects and follow-up the success of the process. You work with the marketing team and give feedbacks on the value of opportunities entered.
      • You report your activities to the CRM (Hubspot)

      💡 What You'll Bring To The Team:

      • You have a first successful commercial or SDR experience of at least one year on a permanent contract (with prospecting and cold calls)
      • You're a hunter at heart
      • You have good interpersonal skills, you know how to listen to and understand the needs of your prospects
      • You are fluent in French and operational in English!
      • You are interested in new technologies, you are innovative and you have an entrepreneurial spirit.
      • At Rise Up, we consider SDRs as the launching pad towards the Account Executive role, submitted to good performance as a SDR
      • You’ll join a brand new SDR team
