Job Description :
As a SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our customers.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their specific HR needs, and translate these needs into effective technical solutions.
You will be responsible for advising our customers on HR process best practices, configuring SuccessFactors systems according to requirements, and providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with customers to identify their HR needs and objectives.
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions according to specific customer requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in HR processes and SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Manage customization, integration and data migrations as required.
- Train end-users on system functionalities.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and technical support after initial implementation.
- Participate in the development of new service offers and the improvement of internal processes.
- Prepare and lead business workshops. Configure, prepare test documentation, lead tests, prepare cut-over, manage hypercare.

Profile : 
- Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management module and mastery of a complementary module such as EC and/or Onboarding is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in system configuration and customization.
- Mastery of Workbook, Blueprint
- Mastery of SAP SF iterative methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English, French a plus.
