👩💻👨 Mission

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join us and lead our GTM strategy, internal team empowerment, and product communications.

You will be key to aligning our product and marketing teams and efforts. You will ensure the correct positioning of our product in the different markets in which we operate. You will also be accountable for team empowerment and the production of revenue-related materials.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment. A proven track record of product launches, compelling value proposition crafting, and overall mastery of the GTM strategy is required.

🔨What you will do

• Create, challenge and update our product positioning and overall GTM strategy,
• Design and implement a consistent market and competitive intelligence process. Your input and insights will be priceless material in defining Product roadmap and helping the Company identify new business opportunities and revenue streams,
• Define our key ICPs and personas,
• Create compelling product messaging and stories that differentiate our products in the market, driving demand and customer engagement,
• Work closely with Revenue teams (Marketing, Sales, and Account Management) to ensure a proper training on new features,
• Ensure proper product updates on our digital marketing channels (website, blog...),
• Participate in the production of thought leadership content with the Marketing team,
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and campaigns, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

💡 The job is made for you if you are...

• 2+ years in a PMM role within the B2B start-up industry,
• Good understanding of the marketplace model for both B2B and B2C,
• Ability to "translate" complex ideas simply and clearly in written and verbal formats,
• Experience of working across tech and business teams, 
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation creation skills,
• Experience in finding creative ways to engage and get feedback from the customers,
• High energy and autonomy, 
• French and English fluency is required,
