We are seeking an experienced Partner Sales for DACH Region with a proven track record of success.

As a Partner Sales, you’ll use your work ethic, enthusiasm, optimism, and passion for the customer to foster growth and change within our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic and tactical partner business plan aligned, plans consider short and long-term goals and performance expectations aligned with partner needs and capabilities.
- Build a trusted-advisor relationship with C-suite leaders of complex partners and align their priorities, strategies, and goals with TEHTRIS’ to build mutually beneficial account plans and achieve strategic alignment and growth.
- Lead partner pipeline reviews and coach partners to transform their strategies around sales.
- You will facilitate collaboration between partner and TEHTRIS sales teams to overcome obstacles, compete, and create proposals to meet consumption and revenue targets.
- You'll be engage for creating business opportunities, seeking out and contacting new target customers and partners.
Lead the integration of capability and capacity plans to skill the partner.
As part of our Business team, you will be the central point for the implementation of projects with our partners, during the entire sales cycle within your scope. You will therefore have numerous exchanges with the various members of our team.

This position requires travel within the DACH region and 2 to 4 times a year to the head office in Pessac (France).
