Deeply imbued with this philosophy, our brands spread this unique beauty conception all over the world.The Dermatological Laboratories of Uriage are looking for a Global Media Manager to lead and elevate the brand’s media strategy globally.This role combines operational responsibility for the French market (in partnership with our global media agency) and a strategic global scope, supporting over 80 countries (subsidiaries and distributors).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMedia Strategy & Execution – France- Define and execute the Paid Media strategy for France, aligned with brand priorities and key marketing moments- Lead end-to-end campaign management in collaboration with the global media agency: briefing, activation, budget tracking, optimization, and wrap-up- Ensure strong synergy between media campaigns, content, influencer marketing, and e-retail activities
Global Coordination & Market Support- Develop and deploy global media guidelines: strategic frameworks, playbooks, formats, KPIs, and benchmarks- Support local teams in adapting the global strategy to their markets: market calls, strategic consulting, and validation of key plans- Animate a global media community to share best practices and scale successful initiatives
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Build and manage standardized performance dashboards, define KPIs (ROAS, CPM, completion rates, etc.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and provide actionable insights to inform future activations
- Challenge agency recommendations to continuously improve targeting, formats, and efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Influence, Content, PR, Digital, and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns- Take part in strategic planning meetings, bringing media insights and data to the table- Contribute to internal media education through tools, workshops, and clear reporting
Innovation & Media Excellence- Drive media innovation across the organization: testing new platforms, integrating AI tools, predictive targeting, advanced measurement- Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and technological shifts to fuel innovation- Represent Uriage with a strong voice among global media partners, platforms, and agencies
