Our technical challenges are manifold, but they are supported by a talented in-house team.
The team is dedicated to building assets that support our business today and pave the way for tomorrow.
3 major asset families:
- Management tools, including the equivalent of an ERP++ called Commodity Trading Risk Management
- Tools for collecting and storing data related to our sustainability projects. The information is made available to our data scientists and sustainability teams to monitor, assess and prove the impact of those projects.
- A trading robot that analyses and identifies stock market movements.
Vision: to feed this wide variety of data into our DataMart to cross-analyse and serve our business lines.

Organization and methodologies
The team uses classic agile methodological tools: daily, retro, code reviews, integrating the necessary functions: Product Owner and Scrum Master in particular.
The ambition will be to very quickly deploy automated testing methods and tools to identify and manage the inevitable regressions due to the continuous evolution of our assets.
All knowledge and contributions in this area will be appreciated.
Recruitment process
We excel in streamlined procedures that involve few interviews and rely on mutual trust. Hence, we rarely ask for technical tests. Each recruitment is managed by HR and consists of an initial quick telephone discussion with our HR Manager.
Followed by an interview with the Development Director and the HR Director, focusing on presentation of the group, motivation, and technical assessment of the candidate.
Depending on the project, an interview may be organised with a representative of the business line, or the future internal customer of the assets developed. It is crucial that every member who joins the team understands the business impact of the tools they contribute to build.
