Corail Analytics is a data consulting agency founded in February 2021 by Martin Lainez and Alexandre Valentin.

Our goal is to help startups and scale-ups leverage their data ressources through different services ranging from data strategy definition to adequate data stack implementation.

Over the years, we have developed strong partnerships with multiple players in the Data ecosystem, both notorious actors in the field (Looker, Snowflake, Hubspot…) and fast-growing companies (Omni Analytics, Airbyte, Kestra…).

Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the two co-founders on key topics that contribute to the growth of Corail Analytics. Your main responsibilities will include developing the strategy to achieve set goals and implementing operational and marketing tools.

Strategy & Growth

• Defining and promoting the different offerings of Corail Analytics

• Developing new partnerships with key players in the data industry

Performance Analysis

• Monitoring performance (Building Weekly/Monthly KPIs)

• Measuring the profitability of Corail Analytics’ various offerings

Operations

• Improving resource management

• Standardizing and sharing methodology within the team

Marketing

• Contributing to the development of the marketing and communication strategy: Website, LinkedIn page, writing specialized articles

You might recognize yourself in the following:

• You are looking for a gap year or end-of-studies internship as a part of a Master’s degree in Business/Engineering or any other relevant field.

• You are precise and organised, you are very detail-oriented and know how to prioritise missions

• You communicate clearly in both English & French

• While you can work independently, you are also comfortable working with a team and openly sharing ideas and feedback.

• You have an analytical mindset, able to dive deep and to share concise insights
