We are seeking a junior web developer for an apprenticeship contract. You will assist clients in integrating their systems with our platform, manage their integration process, and troubleshoot technical issues. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you’ll write integration code, ensure data accuracy, and provide support throughout the integration process.

You will also work with popular e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), WooCommerce, and Prestashop, helping clients integrate their websites seamlessly.

This role offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in Python and JavaScript while gaining experience with e-commerce platforms and client management. You will develop practical web development and troubleshooting skills, all while improving client communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

- Support clients with integrations on platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), WooCommerce, and Prestashop.
- Write and troubleshoot integration code to ensure accurate data exchange.
- Respond to client queries and resolve integration issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Propose improvements to our integration process and stack.

Skills and requirements

- Basic knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot websites.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects.
- Fluent in French and proficient in written English (for documentation).
- Comfortable with video conferencing for client support.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), WooCommerce, or Prestashop.
