Local Operations Teams.
Our local operations teams are composed of actuarial experts who deploy their technical expertise on a global scale during implementation projects and training missions with clients. Their expertise and knowledge of their own market is key: it allows us to enrich our understanding of insurers' local issues, and to tackle them with actuarial software solutions that encompass all of these issues, and which can therefore meet all of our clients' needs, wherever they are in the world.

Go-to-Market Department
The Go-to-Market department ensures the reputation of Addactis and coordinates all sales activities, both from the offices in Europe, Latin America and Asia, as well as from our partners or the leads generation via the digital channel.

Support Services Department
The employees of the "Support" Services (HR, IT, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Communications) provide support to all the actuarial and technology teams and to the international offices. They share a sense of commitment and service to our internal clients, as well as a strong sense of solidarity on various projects to contribute to the development of the addactis strategic project "Growing Together" and our human capital.
