We are also the first Société à mission of the French Tech.

We participate actively and responsibly in the reduction of cultural, social, regional and international boundaries.

• Contribute to make professional migration more ethical, eco-responsible and at the service of the development challenges of organizations and States.

How? By supporting Talents throughout their mobility project & partnering with local institutions in countries of origin and destination.

• Promote support and assistance for the professional integration of people experiencing migration linked to any type of crisis (climate, political, economic).
• To act for equal opportunities and the fulfilment of people in each of our countries, by supporting and giving chances to vulnerable people.

Each Anywer has the opportunity to act at his or her own level by joining our Société à mission’s groups on the following themes:

• Gender equity
• Disability
• Environment
• Circular migration
• Support to husband/spouse

The goal of the groups: to shake things up! How? Through various concrete actions:

• Organization of events within the offices: workshops, conferences, activities... You may be familiar with "IamRemarkable" 😉
• Awareness-raising content on social networks: interviews, testimonials, webinars, etc.
• Creation of an anonymous and inclusive CV database
• Supporting the circular migration of our Talents
• Internal training on environment and disability

• We supported 332 refugees.
• These are Libyan, Syrian and Ukrainian doctors, who have found positions consistent with their specialty in France.
• It means offering the necessary support to help them find a job that matches their skills.
• It means making society more inclusive, by valuing the careers of these highly qualified people.

• We have a team dedicated to supporting beneficiaries by connecting them to companies & managing their recruitment processes.
• We offer French Foreign Languages courses in our offices.
• We carry awareness-raising activities among companies.
• We organize workshops and meetings to create links and break down cultural barriers.
• We participate in focus groups on the issue of refugees.
• We are fighting downgrading, so that each beneficiary can find a position that matches his or her skills.
