Recruiting Team
At Anywr, we have a great recruiting team dedicated to our clients. They cover multiple sectors, from IT to Life Science, but also all type of contractual status (Full time, freelance...). Internally we call our team the SAT (Spot Acquisition Team) Together, we have the same mission, which is help our clients finding the right talent, anywhere in the world.
You can start your adventure with us as sourcing specialist, then evolve and lead a full process of recruitment. You can also get a more transversal role, which can imply contributing to sales strategy or team management. Our teams are based in multiple countries, such as Canada, Vietnam, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Switzerland and France. It’s a great opportunity to share your multicultural background with your colleagues. Candidate’s experience is at the core of our working methods, from the first interaction to the beginning of your new life. Indeed ! Agathe has been part of Anywr’s adventure since April 2023. She’s worked in a recruitment firm to find the best profiles in HR, Sales, Finance, and Insurance sectors. Today, within Anywr, she continues her journey as a Recruitment Consultant for all types of profiles. In parallel, Agathe is a great athlete! From Track & field, pole dancing, and horseback riding, she has been practicing trapeze for a year. Just like on her trapeze, Agathe has found her balance between her professional and personal life.

Digital Team
Our Digital team is the second biggest team, equally as big as our recruiting team. We have two main mission: The first one, develop our software platforms and our website. These platforms serves as an interface between our different teams and our clients to do the follow up of their processes of recruitment, immigration or team training.
Our second mission is to grow our brand awarness to reach more talents and companies. Which helps the global sales & recruitement effort. In the Digital Team, you’ll find: Our Devs, Data, Product, Design, Marketing & Communication’s Teams. This team is quite international, since part of them are based in France, Tunisia & Liban. And most and for all, the Digital Team is always open to discuss your ideas to keep improving our digital platforms and means of communication.
The projects are always interesting since we are always innovating and in contact with many different sectors of activity” Odette joined anywr in August 2021. From an apprenticeship to full time employee, Odette is another personality who illustrates the already very dynamic Data team. Beyond her numerous Data Analyst missions, she notably took part in the company's “gender equity” missions and webinars. Odette will always say hello to you with a big smile, she will also give you some tips for having cleaner databases.

With its human project, our team main goal is to assist all the Anywers in reaching their full potential.
Admin & Payroll Team: They’ll be there for you from your first day when you’ll sign your contract to any other day where you have questions related to your payroll, holidays, etc. They often send some global communication with great tips.
Talent Team: They’re dedicated to the internal recruitment and training of Anywers. We’re at the heart of the teams and individuals’ lives and evolution.
Organization: Their goal is to help our constantly evolving company to process and clarify our org charts. It’s through different HR projects that they meet all different teams to build processes that suits their needs and the growth of our company.
Grow: They’re in charge of our Training program for all our Consultants but also clients that could be interested. Indeed we have the french certification Qaliopi & CPF.
Engagement: It’s not only a core value of our company, we also have a team dedicated to this subect. From our projects to help refugees in their professional reintegration to Gender Equity, Ecology and programs for people with disability. We’re convinced that we can build a world that is more fair.
In short, we’re here to help our teams world wild. We even composed an original song : “We Are Anywers”
Maude joined Anywr’s adventure in September 2020. She’s evolved in different companies providing services, where she was responsible of recruitment and HR tasks. By joining Anywr, she started with a hybrid role of Sales & recruiter before becoming Global Support Consultant. In the office of Anywr, you'll see her everywhere. One day she is sitting in the HR office and then with the Sales teams. In short, it’s impossible not to meet Maude. Maude has always been keen to find a place for everybody in the professional world.

Finance
Their main goal is to follow Anywr’s economic status. They help our different teams worldwide building their business plan but also, reach the goals they’ve set to themselves. In the team you’ll find the Control, Planning & Accounting team. They’re based in our Lille and Paris’s offices.
Legal
They’re in charge of the definition of contracts, help with our merge & acquisition processes and our digital policies.
They make sure that every actions taken by the company follows all the conformity requirements. They might be in the shadows, but they help us a lot.
Sales Team
This team is strong for its diversity and creativity. They’re in charge of building new partnerships with clients for their needs in recruitment, International mobility and training. In collaboration with the recruitment teams, they make sure to find the best solution between Direct Hiring, consultant placement or Freelancing. To do so, they work closely together to find the best candidates wherever they’re from. They also guide our consultants in their constant growth while maintening a trustful partnership with our clients. The keyword to describe this team is: Diversity Some are specialized in specific sectors, others have a wider vision but focus on another geographical scale. Today we can find them in our 17 different agencies worldwide.
Noémie has been at Anywr since July 2022, as Account Manager. Before Anywr, she gravitated around the human resources sector with different positions, recruitment manager, professional integration volunteer and even sales assistant. With plans to emigrate to Canada, she joined Anywr as part of a VIE and was able to benefit from our relocation team assistance to join our office in Montreal. Up to this day, the freezing cold did not discourage her in loving this city!

Immigration & mobility

Immigration Team It’s the team that counts the biggest amount of different nationalities. Which is normal, since they’re based in all our offices in the world. The immigration team is on the frontline for everything related to expatriation projects. Their teams are in charge of helping our talents & clients getting their working permit, visa and any other document required. That requires a strong experitices in migratory policies for different countries and a keen eye for details.

Relocation Team The relocation team involves all the people helping our talents settling in their new home country. Their services are quite diverse depending of the countries.
This involves different services : House research, Family integration, administrative procedures, Bank account opening etc It’s thanks to them that the talents can move with serenity.
- Global mobility & Tax Another team of Experts with knowledge on different countries Taxes regulation. They provide help with topics such as salary equivalence from one territory to another. Which type of insuraces you should take before leaving. With all these elements, every talents can benefit from a soft landing in their new home country.
Karina joined Anywr in October 2022 as a Relocation Coordinator. Before Anywr, Karina had several lives. After studying Business Administration & Marketing, she worked as a tourist guide. She was then coordinator and then general director of a perinatal center and also co-founded a company with an ecological mission, in another country. What drives her is giving his time for others, in his voluntary actions and in his daily life at Anywr.

Catherine began her adventure at Anywr at the end of 2021. Previously, she evolved in many other mysterious professions linked to the exciting life of expatriates, which allowed her to travel all over the world. She worked as a Compensation & Benefit Specialist, then in relocation. Today she is in the immigration profession. Catherine is the person you will sometimes see sitting on a chair, sometimes on her yoga ball. But above all someone who has fun in her daily missions and who has many nice travel stories to share.
