Organization and methodologies

The tech team consists of collaborators with different levels of seniority which helps to combine a variety of experience and technical skills. They practice pair programming & pair review in order to share the best coding practices.

Daily meetings are part of the team rituals which allow to stay updated on the progress and discuss the challenges.
