The tech team consists of collaborators with different levels of seniority which helps to combine a variety of experience and technical skills. They practice pair programming & pair review in order to share the best coding practices.

Daily meetings are part of the team rituals which allow to stay updated on the progress and discuss the challenges. They also regularly organize collaborative workshops to define the constraints of the ongoing projects. Every collaborator at DataGalaxy has access to a career evolution program, including career meetings, trainings and feedback sessions.
