Paris based employees have the option to work up to 3 days remote per week, and some positions are fully remote. Everyone receives a stipend to help cover the expenses of working from home.

Team rituals and events
The Stand Up is our internal event that brings everyone up to date regarding the major topics within the company. Every week on Wednesday, the Europe teams gather in their respective offices, and every employee, whether Manager, Team leader or Project owner, gives an update on what happened during the previous week, and what is to expect for the coming one.
