WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON

  • Responsibility for overall customer business plan leading to overall company targets accomplishment
  • Targets fulfilment within assigned customers according to the company sales targets and customer strategy (from annual meetings to day to day operations)
  • Participate on future strategy discussions and actively being sales outputs
  • Leading customer P&L
  • Visit key Pharma congress to support field force team and build business network group
  • Create Customer Promo Plan - focus on monthly priorities, products support and novelties. Evaluation of all major promotions with revise actions if needed.
  • Significantly contributes to flowless execution of routine daily sales activities in the area of planning, internal/ external communication, anticipates and continuously measures achieved results, implements proper correcting activities if needed
  • Creates and developes business relationships beyond customers, especially with his key members and stakeholders (decision makers) - buyer or other person within the category
  • Responsible for achievement of agreed targets and KPIs within his/her customers.
  • Create, Develop and Implement mid term business strategy on customer level according to NHS Market Business Strategy. Responsible for all negotiations with key customers.
  • Actively looks for new commercial- sales opportunities in given channel - exploring NHS sales of existing and new brands in E-commerce, Pharmacies and looks for opps in retail

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in Account Management or any strategic sales department (Trade marketing - Channel or Category Manager)
  • Business Development experience and Category Development (experience with launching new concepts- brands)
  • Strategic thinking, OTC market understanding (pharma background needed)
  • Commercial mindset, strong communication skills
  • Experience with launching new brands (proven sales record or pictures of success)
  • Driving license
  • Fluent in English and Czech both oral and written
