360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our French Enterprise Outbound team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of developing personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline.
More specifically, you will be in charge of your territory to create and qualify cold outbound leads and contact potential customers through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help. You will evangelize collaborative learning in the market, and pitch the 360Learning value proposition.
Working in close collaboration with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales, you will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow.

Previous experience of at least 9-12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5k-30k employees) in a B2B SaaS environmentPrevious experience in outbound and/or account-based marketingStrong written and oral communication skillsPassion for learning and educationPreferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft and GongMaster's degree in a related field is a bonusWhat We Offer
