The Sales and Marketing teams, comprising over 80 people, are dedicated to developing AB Tasty's commercial activity in France and abroad.
Our Marketing teams are responsible for generating leads, promoting our solutions and ensuring the successful launch of our new products. Our SDRs and AEs embody the sales strategy and guide the first steps of our new customers, then relayed by the AM / KAM team who offer personalized support and daily follow-up.
The Partnership team is constantly exchanging information, both internally and externally, on market developments and specific partner requests, to ensure that AB Tasty's offering remains competitive and recognized in the Marketing / CRO ecosystem.
The Customer Success teams are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire collaboration, from onboarding , implementation of personalised and relevant campaigns to QBRs.
With a staff of over 80, Customer Success comprises 3 teams located in all our offices
The CSMs, whose role is to develop a genuine account and service strategy to best support and accompany our customers.
Technical Support Engineers and Technical Support Managers facilitate the technical integration of our campaigns and ensure that they are configured as required.
