YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to boost our pipeline generation efficiency by continuously optimizing processes, experimenting and executing new plays, and facilitating cross-teams initiatives to improve our allbound performance.

You’ll help us focus on the right accounts and contacts, at the right time, with the right approach—driving better results across the board.

1. Data & Pipeline Processes Optimization

  • Collaborate closely with RevOps to optimize our CRM and engagement platforms, ensuring they are populated with accurate and relevant data. This will enable us to engage target accounts effectively and deliver timely, personalized messaging, eliminating ineffective cold outreach.
  • Streamline and enhance our demand generation processes to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Facilitate the standardization of best practices across teams, promoting consistency and eliminating redundant efforts in campaign execution.
  • Embrace a culture of experimentation, rigorously testing new tactics and approaches. Successful initiatives will be scaled, while failures will be studied to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement.

2. Allbound pipeline generation to the next level

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of ABM and multi-touch campaigns.
  • Transform demand generation playbooks from theoretical documents into robustly implemented strategies across outreach, advertising, and retargeting efforts.
  • Implement comprehensive tracking systems to manage inbound leads effectively, preventing missed opportunities and enhancing follow-up processes.
  • Deploy automation solutions to ensure outreach remains consistent, scalable, and personalized across all customer touchpoints.
  • Convert intent-based sales approaches from marketing jargon into practical engagement strategies that deliver measurable revenue results

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Enhance and maintain demand generation reports that transform raw data into meaningful, actionable insights for business choice-making.
  • Develop clear, compelling data interpretations that accelerate strategic conclusions and drive informed marketing choices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and implement preemptive strategy adjustments before issues arise.

      WHAT YOU WILL BRING

      To succeed in this role, you should have:

      • Demand generation & Marketing/Revenue operations experience: Strong foundation in SaaS marketing fundamentals with ability to optimize processes and scale effective lead generation systems.
      • MarTech tools & Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM/engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach), and skills with no-code/low-code tools and custom coding for rapid implementation.
      • AI knowledge: Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools or willingness to adopt emerging AI demand generation strategies.
      • Organizational & Growth environment experience: Skilled at managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced international organizations.
      • Content & Communication skills: Ability to create practical documentation and communicate effectively in both English and French across markets.
