Astore is Accor’s Procurement Organization, that is revolutionizing the hospitality sector by offering all the products and services necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all hospitality businesses. With a team of 200 experts serving 5000 customers in 20 countries, Astore is able to negotiate some of the best prices and conditions on the market. Astore Digital Factory leads all our Digital activities within the Procurement function. Its main responsibility is to develop the business thanks to best-in-class digital tools maximizing the impact (Revenue, EBITDA) of our Procurement business teams in the Paris HQ and in the different worldwide regions. The digital platforms are covering all Procurement business processes: (i) Hospitality supply chain at site (e-ordering through marketplace, Supplier directory, Pre-opening project management, Inventory & recipe management, Invoice to pay, Data, Customer Analytics & Procurement news) and (ii) Internal Procurement operations (Source to contract, CRM, Marketing & Sales automation, Ticketing, Customer Website, Full order to pay Revenue / Back end rebate Management, CSR, Finance process & Business performance analytics).
The Supplier Tools Product team is in charge of all digital solutions at suppliers’ level (rebate management system, Astore Supplier Portal)
Your responsibilities:
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with various internal departments, hotels and suppliers to understand B2B client needs and align design strategies with overall business objectives.
Problem Space Analysis: Take a proactive role in identifying and analyzing business problems, translating them into design challenges, and co-creating solutions that address the specific needs of B2B clients.
User Interviews: Conduct user interviews within the B2B context to gain firsthand insights into the challenges, preferences, and workflows of end-users. Use these interviews to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with user needs.
Prototyping Solutions: Utilize prototyping tools to create and test design concepts, allowing for iterative feedback and refinement before the final product is developed.
Seamless User Experiences: Prioritize the creation of intuitive and efficient user interfaces, focusing on delivering seamless experiences that enhance productivity and satisfaction within the B2B context.
Iterative Design Refinement: Embrace an iterative design approach, continually refining and optimizing designs based on user feedback, changing business requirements, and evolving market dynamics.

Over 5 years of seasoned expertise in product design, demonstrating a rich background in steering discovery processes (ideally discovery discipline) and driving innovative solutions.
Exhibit proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and atomic research tools, coupled with a solid understanding of relevant technologies and platforms.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration in a complex environments.
Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, promoting an interdisciplinary approach to product design for comprehensive and innovative solutions.
Demonstrate strong time management skills, efficiently prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
Cultivate empathy for end-users, integrating their perspectives into the design process to create products that resonate with user needs.
