As a Product Owner, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of the GAIA 2 sustainability reporting tool, built on Schneider Electric’s Resource Advisor. This includes managing both the application lifecycle and its development, whether handled internally or through external providers. Your mission is to bridge business needs with technical features.
Key responsibilities include:
RUN (Maintenance & Optimization)
- Ensure the solution complies with internal standards, controls, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, Privacy Policy).
- Prioritize improvements based on business needs, translate them into user stories, and maintain an up-to-date backlog.
- Oversee hosting and manage functional and technical third-party providers.
- Manage software-related contracts, support, and licenses.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide weekly reports to the Sustainability Community lead.
BUILD (Development & Evolution)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align the solution with business strategies.
- Define and execute a roadmap ensuring scalability, performance, and sustainability of the tool.
- Plan, budget, and lead the execution of complex projects.
- Participate actively in software design, architecture, and development.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Incorporate new technological trends and best practices into feature development.
