Aletiq is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to manage and elevate our marketing efforts.
Reporting to the CEO, your role will be crucial in driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging and overall marketing success of our product platform.

Strategic leadership and analysis
Contribute to the definition and execute the go-to-market strategy for Aletiq product, ensuring successful and sustained market growth
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to inform our messaging, product positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies
Enable and train
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, customer success to ensure cohesive strategies and execution
Develop compelling sales tools, training materials and customer facing collateral
Enable and train our sales teams and partners to effectively communicate our messaging, use cases, and differentiators to customers
Communicate and evangelize
Own and manage our communication platforms (website, social media…)
Be a subject matter expert and bring specific domain expertise at conferences, events, webinars, and other customer-facing activities
Create content and develop brand visibility
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth, and manage content creation (white papers, blogposts, sales presentations…)
Build strong relationships with key customers to gather insights, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the value and impact of Aletiq’s solutions
Measure and monitor success
Continuously monitor how Aletiq’s messaging and positioning are resonating with customers, and analysts and ajust accordingly
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement
Five-year college or university degree (business school…)
5+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company addressing mid-market or large enterprise customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives
Dynamic, creative and curious to constantly suggest new ideas
Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability
Fluent in English and French
