Job description

About the Role:

We’re seeking a focused Senior Performance Marketer to join our team. Data, analytics, metrics and KPIs are your playground, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with daily hands-on execution, driving user acquisition and optimizing marketing funnels to fuel growth. You will be leading Apiday marketing efforts alongside senior support, with substantial responsibility and room to grow as our company evolves. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.) to drive demand generation and qualified leads; define and redefine the marketing mix based on insights. 

  • Campaigns Lead: Spearhead LinkedIn campaigns and Google Ads as well as other digital efforts to maximize ROI across the marketing funnel. 

  • Data Analysis: Analyze, define and challenge key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Content Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the content marketer freelance and internal experts to ensure content aligns with performance data, supports lead generation and is optimized for both paid and organic channels.

  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, especially Sales Ops, to align marketing efforts to support their goals. 

  • Events Support: Strategize and design tactics for events planned in the yearly calendar. Own the marketing actions and KPIs. 

  • Website: Work closely with our agency and freelance support to manage our website (Webflow).

  • External Stakeholders: Choose the relevant external stakeholders (freelancers) for special projects and lead them. 

  • Internal Advocacy: Educate and evangelize your colleagues on the role of marketing. 

  • Team Leadership: Guide junior team members - an ‘alternance’. 

  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget of your scope to achieve maximum impact.

  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing industry trends and technologies; keep an eye on key competitors. 

We are just getting started and building our marketing team. We hope you are ready and inspired to work on other marketing projects not listed in the scope according to the need that you will also help to define.

Strong preference for someone based in Paris, but open to full remote for excellent candidates.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in performance-driven marketing.

  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital marketing efforts.

  • Expertise in PPC advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, Tableau).

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.

  • You are comfortable working together with sales team members.

  • Fluency in English & French
