The position

Job description

As a content manager at 42, you will be working for the largest network of free IT schools in the world, with over 50 campuses in more than 30 different countries, among which Angola, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Morocco, South Korea, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and a series of others.

Along with 42’s International Marketing Team, you will be tasked with creating contents of different types, including blog articles, newsletters, visuals and videos to support 42’s international communication efforts.

You will also be involved in the organization of 42’s annual four-day global seminar, which brings together all of 42’s staff from campuses around the world.

Tasks

  • Content creation (prominently in ENG): newsletters, blog articles, video interviews, process, social media content, and documentation…

  • Social Media: Manage the day to day activities #42network accounts across the main social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Linkedin, YouTube)

  • Community growth and engagement: facilitate the expansion of the 42 global Alumni community, liaise with Alumni to share successful stories, provide support and new opportunities to Alumni.

  • Events: plan and ensure successful global Alumni events with the help of the Alumni Manager (Summer Camp, graduation), host monthly conferences, oversee local events with campus teams.

  • E-commerce: management and animation of the 42 Shop, supervision of the logistics partner.


Preferred experience

  • A first successful experience working in communications/social media

  • Full English proficiency - fluent or native-speaker level, both written and spoken

  • Creativity: craft engaging content that resonates with a tech-savvy audience.

  • Attention to detail: ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications, including marketing materials, social media posts, and internal documents.

  • Time management: balance multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while coordinating with two different managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all tasks.

  • Capacity to work easily with different people
