Within the Financial controlling - PBR Team, you will report to the “Head of Accounting and PBR (Plan, Budget, Result)”.
Your main responsibilities will be:
IFRS and S2P3 Controlling and Reporting
- Monitoring of the financial performance of the entities for Quarterly Actuals and Forecast/Strategic Plan closings: analysis of P&L and B/S deviations and comment the development of businesses and results compared to the objectives set for companies and portfolios under management
- Support in planning, budgeting activities for the portfolios and companies: forecast, budget and plan building with all relevant internal departments, follow-up, and analysis of strategic objectives
- Preparation of IFRS and Solvency II Pillar 3 financial information required by Axa Group through the consolidation tool Magnitude, as well as French regulator ACPR (if applicable)
- Ensure timely delivery of all information (actual and forecasts) and its compliance with Group instructions and methodologies.
- Support in solving IFRS accounting and local GAAP topics when applicable
Contribution to transformation and/or strategic Projects (when applicable):
- Ad-hoc analysis from Management/Executive Committee or business development projects
- Process and tools improvements initiatives with the aim of improving the quality, timeliness and efficiency of the reporting Interact with the internal local teams and Group
- Be a point of contact for IFRS and/or S2P3 reporting by providing support, answering questions and ensuring the application of instructions
- Work closely with peers of Axa LM (e.g local accounting teams, actuarial teams, corporate finance)
and stakeholders

- Master degree in Finance/Audit and Accounting: Business school, university
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in financial advisory / audit firm or in a finance department
- Sound financial skills (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-Flows) are required
- Knowledge of (re)insurance would be a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthetic skills
- Highly organized, structured, proactive and ability to manage deadlines
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Fluent English is required
- Pack office knowledge
