Within the Group, you will join the Group HR Operations department, which is responsible for overseeing HRIS, data, and HR cross-functional areas.

Within this Department, your will report to the Transversal Operations Lead, who oversees budget, compliance, and strategic initiatives and projects. Within your responsibilities, you will work closely with your manager and be accountable for various areas of focus.

Your job and daily missions:

We are seeking an experienced HR Transversal Operations & Project Specialist to join our Group HR Operations department. Your role will involve managing the non-staff budget consolidation and reporting, overseeing strategic projects, and ensuring compliance processes are implemented throughout the HR function.

Budget Management

  • Oversee and consolidate the Group HR department non-staff budget, collaborating with HR and Finance teams to define cost estimations aligned with HR priorities.
  • Provide regular reports to Group HR Leaders, ensuring accurate and relevant information is reported and described.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to the budget process and the invoicing tool (COUPA).

Compliance

  • Serve as the single point of contact representing the Group HR Department and representing the HR functions across all AXA entities to ensure alignment throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance processes (Audit, Data Privacy, Internal control, Operational Risk and Business Continuity Plan) meet requirements and are effectively implemented by maintaining close follow-up with each counterpart and raising any compliance issues or concerns.

Strategic initiatives

  • Provide support to HR initiatives and projects driven by HR priorities and strategy, involving tasks such as analyzing benchmarks and studies, establishing project plans, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects in parallel, primarily centered on innovation and organization such as Generative AI, Workforce, and HR transformation.

Profile

  • Between 5 and 7 years of HR experience within the Project Management Office, adept at leading HR projects across diverse domains.
  • Skilled in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects with varying durations and priorities.
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains a high level of confidentiality in compliance-related matters.
  • Experience in managing HR strategic projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
