They evolve within the practice and actively participate in its development through various internal projects: monitoring, involvement in business development, recruitment, training, etc. Knowledge transfer and expertise sharing are essential at axis alternatives, and regular exchanges with teams enable skills development. axis alternatives teams are divided into 8 levels, ranging from junior consultants to associates. All teams, including associates, are involved in client projects! This operational presence of everyone promotes supervision, exchange, skill enhancement, and the successful completion of our missions.
