Remote policy

Calyxia firmly believes that telecommuting is an innovative way of organizing work, intended to provide professions that allow for it with increased flexibility and adaptability. It is a response to the need to alleviate the constraints associated with the daily commute between employees' homes and their workplace.

While prioritizing the preservation of social connections, team cohesion, and effective functioning, eligible employees will have the opportunity to organize their telework schedule in a flexible manner. They can benefit from up to three days of teleworking per week, if they so desire.

At Calyxia, Teleworking is open to all those whose positions allow it, and it is widely used.
