Overview
The Carbon4 Finance team is composed of analysts - who evaluate the climate and biodiversity performance of companies according to a methodology specific to each sector, commercial profiles - who supervise client relationships and ensure the best use of our data, data specialists - to guarantee its consistency and quality, and methodological specialists - to ensure the continuous development of our methods, their consistency across all our products, as well as internal training. The team is united by strong environmental values and the desire to act daily for an ecological and social transition.

Analysts division
The analyses evaluate the carbon, climate and biodiversity performance of companies, according to a methodology specific to each business sector. Each analysis aims to determine the past, present and future performance of a company, in order to give it a score. The analysts then become specialists in a sector of activity, which implies participating in the methodological development, contributing to the drafting of a sectoral publication reviewing the sector's performance, training the team of analysts in the methodology, acting as a reference for clients, as well as monitoring sectoral developments in order to understand the issues.

Data division
To decarbonize the financial sector, we need relevant and accurate metrics. Carbon analysts collect a large amount of unstructured data; the role of the Data team is to create a structure for this data and make it usable. Three missions:
Create the architecture of the model and the data flow To be the guarantors of the quality of the data throughout its production To be a service to the analysts in order to simplify their work by making numerous tools available to them

The commercial pole answers to different functions:
- Sales: Responding to calls for tender, setting up commercial canvassing and negotiating contracts.
- Marketing/communication: Participate in the active promotion of Carbon 4 Finance's activities on social networks and during local events.
- Partnership and Development of new offers: Identify new commercial offers based on our internal expertise and our commercial and regulatory watch.
- Advocacy: Actively contribute to regulatory and market exchanges to push for exemplary standards and laws on environmental data issues
