Shanshan joined CAST in November 2016 as a senior backend engineer working on the next generation of CAST Imaging software. His main mission was to contribute to a complete automation process: from code delivery to consumption.
In 2018, Shanshan then became Team lead of the Console team with the ambition to switch our on-premise software to a SaaS architecture.
He currently leads a multi-cultural team of more than 20 people between India and France and manages various cross-functional topics, working in collaboration with Product Managers, support and customers
