Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy and Expansion:

  • Co-develop and implement the market strategy for UK

  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in UK

Business Development and Sales:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEM distribution network, shippers, logisticians, carriers, industrial services providers and other key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing of contracts, to expand our customer base and market share.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team to execute market strategies and achieve business objectives.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance

  • Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business, including project management, operations & maintenance.

  • Implement best practices and compliance standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Public Affairs

  • Lead engagement with public stakeholders and government agencies.

Preferred experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the energy or truck industry, with specific experience in electric vehicles and/or commercial fleets.

  • Strong understanding of the UK truck market, commercial fleet operations, and regulatory landscape.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Results-driven mindset and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.

  • Fluency English (French would be a plus).
