The Seafreight Operations Agentand his team are waiting for you to coordinate seafreight import and export transport operations.
Your responsibilities :
Arrange collections with nominated supplier
Effectively liaise with clients, sales and other key stakeholders
Handling orders, issuing Bills of Lading, invoices, issuing pre-alerts
Customs clearance and entry
Check supplier invoices to ensure files are accurately costed and invoiced
Ensure that excellent and consistent service levels are always met
Undertake any other duties as requested by their manager, commensurate with the role
Ensure you comply and follow our company values
Requirements: based in Barcelona, full-time permanent contract, degree in Transport or International Trade, with a good mastery of Incoterms and minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Good command of English.
