💪 Team:
In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units :
Supply: deals with boat owners and make sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
Sales: deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
Customer Care: represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).
You will work in Barcelona and will integrate the Supply team, a business unit composed of 8 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during summer, and organised by market.
You will also work closely with colleagues in charge of international markets, as well as the Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.
🚀 Tasks:
Account Management (50%): You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Greek market in your portfolio, and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience. A set of KPIs and metrics will help you benchmark your portfolio’s performances and driven it towards growth.
Business Operations (30%): You will be on the front line of conducting specific operations in the Greek Market with the goal to maximize the platform user experience and value for our partners. You will work in direct partnership with the market Lead to architect and perform the operations that the market and situation will call for. Furthermore, you will be co-responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic meetings and presentations within the team (monthly, weekly, quarterly, etc…).
Onboarding new partners (20%): You will be in charge of onboarding new professional partners in the Greek market and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and their platform engagement. The accounts you onboard will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which you will monitor and be responsible for.

You preferably are a Greek native speaker and fluent in English. Speaking a third language is a huge plus;
You have at least 2 years of experience in the commercial sector (Sales, Account Management), preferably within a fast-growing start-up;
You are considered an expert in terms of acquisition and / or account management;
You are able to support and negotiate with partners by phone or emails and stay calm in all circumstances;
You demonstrate an impeccable work ethic and are 100% ready to invest yourself;
You are curious and committed to satisfying your customers;
You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take the initiative and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction driven attitude.
You are comfortable manipulating data, extracting information and building analysis. Proven ability to master the Office Suite and data/CRM software is required.
