It all started with the idea of creating a place where developers could play and learn. To this day, the CodinGame community brings together over 3.5 million developers worldwide.
With this in mind, we came up with the idea of creating a product that would enable these developers to find a job that matches their skills, regardless of their background.
The tech team's mission is to develop a technically reliable and scalable platform. Our values: to foster technical expertise, knowledge sharing, involvement and innovation.
What does this actually mean?
Tech sessions: a half-day a month to discuss a tech topic picked by the team Internal hackathons: every quarter, teams spend three days imagining, developing and presenting a new product feature. Retrospectives: once a month on our processes, and every two weeks on each project

Organization and Methodology
Our teams are organized into squads. Each squad includes a product manager, a tech lead and developers.
The product managers draw up the development tasks for the coming weeks, and discuss them with the squad's tech lead to define more precisely the features to be developed.
