The CoderPad team is made up of some brilliant and amazing minds. From a professional pianist turned full-stack developer, to a sales director who owns an animal shelter, we pride ourselves on diversity.
Our Marketing, Tech, Sales, Product and People departments are composed of people from 7 different countries. Everyone here speaks English (and sometimes a little Frenglish)!

Our Tech team consists of a dozen full-stack and SRE developers, organized into squads.
Our focus is on developing technically robust solutions through short, iterative development cycles.
Together we foster expertise, promote knowledge sharing, and encourage everyone to get involved.
Our sales team is made up of some surprising and creative people, who always put our customers' needs first.
First and foremost, we seek to understand our customers' tech recruitment challenges. This means listening and advising, before we even think about promoting a solution.

Our Product team is structured into agile squads, each consisting of a product manager, a tech lead, developers, as well as dedicated members for design, data and product marketing.

The People Ops team handles HR assignments, but that’s not all! Our main focus is employee experience.
We aim to continuously improve the organization and internal operations of the company. We want to provide the best possible support for our colleagues, from their application to their onboarding, all the way through their career with us.
Our fields are varied: recruitment, corporate culture, career development, performance evaluation, training, coaching... We proactively seek to identify potential frustrations, obstacles and individual needs.
