Job description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Project Management: Lead customer migration projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Working virtually across several business lines; BT(IT), Sales, Operations and the Data and transformation offices.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the migration process.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during migration projects, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports, including progress tracking, risk management, and post-migration analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with migration projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Preferred experience

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally within customer migrations or transformation programs.
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Strong understanding of business process change, data migrations, and technology implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Solid experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and a data-informed approach to tracking and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong risk management and escalation skills.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP or other recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.
  • Experience in trade credit insurance, financial services, or SaaS/enterprise platforms is an advantage.
