As part of the Group Commercial Department, reporting to the Head of Commercial back-office group, the Head of Clause Implementation, in collaboration with a Senior Business Analyst, will be in charge of:

Responsabilities

• Preparing with the SBA & attending clause simplification committee
• Providing clause implementation technical assessment to committee
• Managing clause implementation priorities based on budget data, committee inputs, and technical data.
• Monitoring clause implementation within budget
• Designing & providing stakeholders and collaborators with key indicators
• Driving local implementation top down (globally)
• Escalating issues to clauses committee

Qualifications :

• Engineering / Business school diploma or any other Bac+5 equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of clauses and the overall contracting ecosystem & processes
• 10-15 years’ experience working in a digitization context, at least part of it within Coface
• One or more successful Management experiences
• Knowledge of Coface organization
• Knowledge of Coface IT landscape
