As a member of the Customer Experience and Marketing team, you will engage our Americas customers, increase their usage of our platform, transform happy customers into advocates, and influence our company growth.

In this Individual Contributor role, you will put the customer at the heart of our business! That is why we need you – an exceptional Customer Experience Manager, who will strive to provide outstanding experiences to our existing clients and ensure our clients become our best ambassadors.

As a member of the Customer Experience and Marketing team, you will engage our Americas customers, increase their usage of our platform, transform happy customers into advocates, and influence our company growth.

In this Individual Contributor role, you will report into the Head of Customer Experience, Americas (based in New York) and will work cross-functionally with many teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product across the globe. 

This role is customer-facing, you will be expected to animate our Americas customer community through lifecycle marketing and campaigns, build meaningful relationships with our customers, and provide them with additional resources to ensure they get the most out of our platform.

What you'll do:

  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy: Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, power users, and key decision-makers across the America West region, ensuring their success with Contentsquare. Your mission is to transform these customers into vocal, loyal advocates of our platform.
  • Creative Event & Campaign Leadership: Lead the design and execution of engaging customer experiences, including user workshops, executive roundtable dinners, industry-focused events, and high-impact campaigns. These will be tailored to meet the needs of our America West region customers, fostering a strong community and driving long-term value.
  • Program Ownership & Strategy: Own the execution of a regional roadmap, overseeing all aspects from budgeting to customer touchpoints. You'll ensure the programs in the America West region align with customer goals, aiming for measurable outcomes such as engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, PR, Field Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and objectives, amplifying customer engagement efforts and ensuring seamless execution across the business.
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Build a network of trusted customer advocates in the America West region who can provide testimonials, feedback, and represent Contentsquare at industry events. Your role will also include gathering valuable customer insights that influence product improvements and innovations.
  • Customer Lifecycle Support: Support customers from onboarding through to continued platform engagement, ensuring they receive maximum value from Contentsquare. You will also play an essential role in facilitating product demos, use case examples, and knowledge sharing.
  • What you'll need to success:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments. You have a proven track record of driving exceptional customer experiences and building strong advocacy.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: You have a deep understanding of what drives customer success and a passion for creating lasting relationships. You know how to earn the trust of senior stakeholders and users in the America West region.
  • Event & Campaign Expertise: You thrive in planning and executing both virtual and in-person customer events. You understand how to create experiences that resonate deeply with customers in the America West region and leave a lasting impression.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You are fluent in both written and verbal communication, able to engage customers at all levels and present to senior executives. You’re skilled at crafting impactful messaging and navigating public speaking opportunities.
  • Project & Budget Management Pro: Highly organized, you excel at juggling multiple projects and priorities, keeping a close eye on budgets while driving results in a dynamic environment. Your attention to detail ensures everything stays on track.
  • Creative Problem Solver: You are proactive and innovative, constantly coming up with new ideas to engage customers and improve processes, particularly tailored to the America West region.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, marketing, and customer success tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Figma, and Gainsight. Familiarity with these tools is a plus.
  • Location & Travel Flexibility: Preferably based at our office in NY but we will consider West locations  (San Diego, San Francisco, etc). Travel up to 15% will be required to connect with customers and attend key events across the America West region.
  • Compensation Range:  $100,000- $122,000

    For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
