About the job:

The Field Finance team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial performance by supporting and partnering with the Go-to-Market (Sales), Customer Success, and Marketing & Partnership teams. The team consists of 13 members located across Europe and the U.S., all passionate about finance and business collaboration.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Finance Commissions Expert. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless roll-out of the commissions process, ensuring that our sales workforce is compensated accurately and on time in alignment with defined compensation rules and plans.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of the end-to-end commissions process within the WW Field Finance Team.

- Oversee and implement compensation plan rules within the commission calculation system, collaborating with operations and sales leadership teams.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and administrator of the commission tool, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.

- Support sales employees’ onboarding, promotions, and terminations within the commission system.

- Work closely with various finance departments and internal stakeholders, including:Validating commission accruals with the Accounting team

- Reviewing actuals for Payroll processingCollaborate with Field Finance Analysts to provide cross-functional support.

- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain robust internal controls and adherence to company policies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or controlling.

- Proficiency and experience with commission tools like CaptivateIQ and/or Qobra.

- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and other financial software.

- Excellent analytical, communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
