Job description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented individual to join our team as Field Finance Associate within the Entreprise EMEA & APJ Field Finance team. The job is located in Paris.

The Field Finance team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial performance through supporting and partnering with the Go-to-Market (Sales), Customer Success and Marketing & Partnership teams. The team is composed of more than 10 finance executives (located both in Europe and US), who are passionate about finance and business partnering.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who possesses experience in the finance function, financial planning and analysis or controlling. Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

- Partner with Budget owners to support strategic decision-making focused on both top and bottom lines.

- Perform the deal validation for elements under the Finance approval ownership (payment terms) and provide guidance to sales .

- Consolidate business & financial data.

- Drive the commissions calculation validation process for various roles.

- Develop financial models and dashboards to monitor financial performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.

- Assist with financial planning and forecasting, participate to the booking forecast calls.

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other stakeholders.

- Participate in cross-functional projects. As the company grows there will be plenty opportunities to contribute to company’s successes.

- Work in close collaboration with other Finance areas and our key internal stakeholders (Go-to-Market, Customer Success and Marketing & Partnerships).

What you'll need to succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

- Preferably 2-5 years of experience in the finance function, FP&A or controlling.

- Basic knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.

- Proficient in Excel and other financial software tools, knowledge of a commission tool is a plus (CIQ, Qobra, Spiff...).

- Proficient in Google suite.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote and fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines.

- Ability to multitask and manage numerous simultaneous priorities.

- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
