We are looking for an experienced Global Benefits Manager with expertise in the EMEA region, focusing on both strategic leadership and day-to-day management of benefits programs. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage the daily administration of benefits programs across multiple geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing benefit offerings, and providing seamless benefit delivery. Experience in managing benefits in APAC is a plus.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and pension schemes
  • Administer and manage the day-to-day operations of benefits programs, ensuring efficient enrollment, vendor management, and compliance with local regulations
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across the region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and handling day-to-day LOA administration
  • Partner with HR, payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless administration of benefits and LOA programs
  • Manage relationships with global benefit brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure effective service delivery and smooth benefit administration
  • Oversee pension/retirement plan administration, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and ensuring employee engagement in the programs.
  • Drive the annual benefit renewal process, administering the renewal cycle, evaluating proposed changes, and assessing cost and business impact
  • Provide education and communication strategies to help employees understand their benefits options and make informed decisions
  • Conduct benefit surveys, audits, and analyze data regarding employee demographics, utilization patterns, program effectiveness, and program costs
  • What you'll need to suceed:

  • 5+ years of experience in global benefits administration with a strong focus on EMEA
  • Deep knowledge of pension and retirement schemes, health insurance, wellness programs, and statutory benefits
  • Proven experience managing the day-to-day administration of benefits programs, including vendor management, compliance, and employee communication
  • Proven experience managing LOA programs (including statutory leave and paid/unpaid leave)
  • Knowledge of global compliance regulations in benefits and LOA programs
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to convey complex benefits and LOA concepts to diverse audiences
  • Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing benefits in APAC is highly desiredImmigration experience is preferred, particularly in relation to work permits, visa transfers, and global mobility
