Contentsquare is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to lead the development and execution of a scalable, impactful enablement program for our Solutions, Technology, and Reseller Partners, across Enterprise, MidMarket, and SMB market segments. This role will be responsible for ensuring our partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and certifications they need to succeed, whether that means being able to effectively sell, service, and support their clients by leveraging Contentsquare solutions; or building an integration with Contentsquare.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, SaaS product training, customer education, partner education, and/or enablement strategy. They will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Partnerships, Partner Solution Consulting, Customer Education, Marketing, Field Enablement, and Professional Services to lead strategic planning and content creation for our eLearning (Skilljar) and PRM (PartnerStack) platforms, developing and refining enablement materials tailored to different partner audiences. Additionally, they will work with our Directors of Technology and Solution Partners to drive bespoke enablement journeys for key strategic partners, aligning our training initiatives with their unique needs.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a scalable Partner Enablement Program that supports the success of all our partner types, and is aligned with company goals.
  • Design and manage Contentsquare’s Partner University training and certification program, collaborating with the Customer Education team to ensure content is intuitive, easily digestible, and frequently refreshed for partners to attain certifications across sales, technical, and strategic tracks.
  • Create, modify, and curate a repository of bite-sized and self-help enablement content catered to different partner personas, leveraging existing internal materials where applicable. For example, collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing, Field Enablement, and other internal teams to augment and update sales collateral, product guides, playbooks, and other resources for partners,
  • Develop customized and enhanced enablement plans for focus partners, helping them integrate Contentsquare solutions into their existing service offerings or technology to unlock new revenue streams. For example, collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Solution Consulting, Customer Education, and Professional Services to align on other enablement needs and initiatives, and get the necessary support to meet our ideal partner enablement tracks.
  • Develop feedback loops to understand partner needs and expectations, and regularly track and analyze partner performance metrics, to provide insights and recommendations for program improvements. 
  • Manage enablement tools and platforms, such as our eLearning (Skilljar) and PRM (PartnerStack), ensuring seamless delivery of training materials and tracking partner progress.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3-5+ years of experience in partner enablement, customer education, customer enablement, sales enablement, or field enablement.
  • Strong background in content creation and instructional design, with experience tailoring training materials for external audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale partner certification programs.
  • Experience working in or with SaaS, digital experience, or technology consulting firms is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Customer Education teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, drive strategic initiatives, and thrive in a head-down focused working style.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), enablement tools, and certification programs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess partner performance data and derive insights to inform enablement strategies.
