Our mission
At Contentsquare, all employees share one goal: to help brands create exceptional online experiences with our industry-leading digital experience analytics platform.
The Platform mission is to lead the Platform and Infrastructure in CS, for us, that means 2 main things:
- Manage and operate state-of-the-art multi-cloud, high-scale SaaS
- Support our developers from build to production. Make it efficient and simple for them to do magic
Our tech stack
We host our SaaS on AWS and Azure. We run our stateless applications on Kubernetes and are on our way to running stateful ones as well.
- Our data pipelines use Kafka, Aerospike, Clickhouse, Flink, and RDS.
- We manage our entire infrastructure with Terraform, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- We use Github and Github-actions for CI, Spinnaker for Deployments,
- Observability with Grafana, Prometheus, mimir, ELK, and more...

The opportunity
As an Engineering Manager in the Platform organization, you will own the Production Reliability scope in Contentsquare, helping more than 400 developers to work with confidence and efficiency.
From build to production, ensuring their tools, processes, and working environment are conducive to their best work.
As a leader in R&D, you will significantly impact our SaaS product reliability. You will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key leaders of R&D.
