At Contentsquare, we’re looking for a Senior Billing Manager to lead our Billing Team and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our global Order-to-Cash operations. Reporting directly to our Global OTC Director, this is a strategic position within the Finance department with broad exposure across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead a core team of 5 experienced billing professionals (plus external consultants, depending on projects), and work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure billing excellence and process innovation at scale. From contract validation to ERP optimization and audit readiness, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things billing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and develop a team of billing professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- End-to-End Billing Oversight: Oversee contract management and ensure accurate order-to-bill flows across our global footprint within Salesforce (CRM) and Workday (ERP).

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, Legal, FP&A, Customer Support, and Project teams on everything from billing accuracy to process improvements.

- Audit Readiness: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding billing-related matters.

- Process Innovation: Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to scale and streamline billing operations.

- Project Leadership: Own and drive forward strategic billing-related projects including ERP enhancements, CRM/ERP integrations, and entity mergers.

A Typical Day Might Include:

- Leading a stand-up with your team to review priorities and challenges

- Verifying billing accuracy and reviewing high-value contracts

- Investigating a customer query or validating a credit note

- Partnering with IT or consultants on ERP enhancements

- Contributing to a steering committee on system migration

- Delivering reconciliations and billing reports during month-end close

What You’ll Bring:

- 5+ years of experience in a Billing Manager role, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based environment

- Strong people management experience, leading teams of 5+ with diverse backgrounds

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Workday, or equivalent CRM/ERP systems

- Solid understanding of ARR, revenue recognition, and complex billing cycles

- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
