Since 2020, Covivio has launched its Graduate Program, which enables young employees 🎓 to complete 3 6-month rotations, including at least one in Italy or Germany.
Because we are committed to creating a team where everyone feels at home, we organise a number of social events throughout the year.

In 2022, we launched Covivio afterworks. Every last Thursday of the month, all employees can get together for a drink and some sweet treats.
