Their story
Launched in 2002, Creadev is an evergreen investment company operating worldwide, supporting companies that have the ambition to become the best global players in their sector. To do so, we believe that the shareholder's time should match the entrepreneur's time, for an unlimited period. We are supported by the Mulliez family, which shares its global network and entrepreneurial spirit with us.
The Mulliez Family Association is an autonomous federation of more than 150 companies, employing around 500,000 people in more than 62 countries. Among the main companies, we count Auchan, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Boulanger, etc.

Their vision
What drives us at Creadev is to build champions of impact over time, world leaders in their field. For a more sustainable food, a less carbon-intensive consumption, a more accessible healthcare. We must act, and for us, one of the most concrete and useful ways to respond to these global emergencies, whether social or environmental, is to support entrepreneurs who have concrete solutions to offer, and uncommon visions and will to develop them. We are not a traditional investment fund, we really target our capital on projects and entrepreneurs who change the game.

Creadev offers a unique operational support model. We invest patient capital and look for long-term success, and we work daily with the management teams, dedicating time and resources to provide the highest level of expertise to each invested company, based on our specific sector focus.

Because success never comes from one man alone, we have deployed a dedicated organization to stimulate sharing within and between portfolio companies (affectio).

Commitments and CSR
At Creadev, we act to have a better impact on the environment through several actions:
- The reduction and recycling of our waste
- A Foodles fridge (a "connected canteen") that offers a number of dishes based on local and seasonal products. The dishes are delivered in consigned dishes, recovered each day and reused.
- A water fountain and glass bottles, to reduce the use of plastic.
- A compensation for soft mobility (electric scooter, bicycle ...).
Actions
We have a partnership with SISTA, a collective that promotes more diversity by encouraging more investments in companies run by women.
We have also launched an action with the help of UTOPIES to measure our impact on the environment at Creadev but also at 5 of our portfolio companies.
