Who will you work with?
You will join our offices in Paris to work with our Onboarding team and directly with our Hospitals and other partners, such as Clinical Research Organisations (CROs). In this role you will help onboard hospitals around the world to join our study. You will also work with a range of experts in the company, from scientists, and doctors to product managers.
Job overview: We are looking for a Clinical Network/Project Manager to grow, sustain and manage relationships with our global network of hospital partners, clinical investigators and other partners, such as CROs to access clinical data and tumor samples for current and future outlier cohorts.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and prospect hospitals and clinical centers worldwide. This involves researching top hospitals, accredited cancer centers, group research networks, and using recommendations and referrals from existing contacts. Data-driven analyses of the pipeline are critical to define the needs, especially for the establishment of new outlier cohorts.
Sites Onboarding: Introduce our research to Principal Investigators and Clinical Research Associates and initiate potential collaborations. This will involve conducting calls with prospective partners to provide an overview of our study, explain the study protocols, as well as the expectations, clearly and effectively.
Regulatory Submission: Manage the process of regulatory submissions in the participating centers, to obtain approval of Cure51’s study, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with hospitals and research centers, liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders to align on terms and ensure compliance.
Internal Monitoring: Prepare materials for internal meetings, report notes and takeaways from internal and external meetings, coordinate workstreams with other business units, manage the CRM (HubSpot).
KPIs Tracking & Reporting: Track KPIs via reports and dashboards on internal tools (such as, HubSpot and Metabase) and define the strategy to accelerate processes, increase efficiency and refine forecasts.
Education: Master’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or engineering
Work experience: At least 2 years of work experience in healthcare (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthtech, techbio companies) or B2B software, consulting or professional services
Languages: Fluency in English required, proficiency in French, Spanish and German is highly desirable
