The position

Job description

Implement Dailymotion Advertising strategy with our programmatic partners and own the necessary operational work to grow our partnerships.

  • Daily revenue management & business development with our current DSP/SSP partners. Revenue ownership. 
  • Crunching of business and technical data sets to find growth & optimization opportunities. 
  • Prospect, assess and close new programmatic partners for Dailymotion Advertising. 
  • Internal collaboration with Dailymotion Advertising teams: AdTech, Publisher, Adops, Product, Sales Marketing, to define our roadmap, enrich our offers, and meet our partners’ needs on a daily basis. 
  • Market and trend monitoring, attend industry conferences and networking events, in France and abroad. 
  • Generate new business opportunities for the Partnership Team, and the Sales Teams around the globe.

Preferred experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in programmatic advertising
  • English Communication Skills
  • Deep Adtech knowledge is essential (Video, SSP, Yield Optimization, and Publisher/Ad Network experience are a plus)
  • Analytical skills: Able to accurately analyze data to make decisions based on results. Finding business growth opportunities by manipulating data daily. 
  • Customer Success: Demonstrate a background in customer success – managing business relationships to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Autonomous & proactive worker
  • Business acumen: being able to negotiate contracts, network, convince senior stakeholders, ability & willingness to chase and close new partners. 
  • Communication skills: effectively share your ideas and have an open mind to listen and adapt. 
  • Experience managing & working with international clients/partners is a plus.
