Since our founding, we have made customer experience our top priority. To support our policyholders every day, our Care team is structured around two complementary pillars:

  • Customer Support Team: dedicated to answering all questions and requests from our clients. They guide them through our services, assist with their processes, and ensure a smooth, human, and reassuring experience.

  • Customer Claim Team: responsible for handling veterinary expense reimbursement requests. Their mission is to review each case with rigor and expertise, ensuring coverage is processed within 48 hours.

Both teams share the same values: animal health expertise, service mindset, empathy, and high standards. It’s thanks to these teams that we can provide our clients with reliable, attentive, and responsive support when they need it most.

Tech & Product Team

At Dalma, we believe that it is through innovative features and an optimal user experience on our app, as well as efficient internal processes, that we will become the reference in animal health care.

This is why our Tech and Product teams work hand in hand to develop the best features for our customers.

The Tech team is made up of Frontend and Backend developers, Data Engineers and Solution Architects, in charge of our serverless infrastructure. The Product team includes Product Managers and Product Designers.

HR & Legal & Finance

The support teams are like the superheroes of a company: they help and support all the other teams :

  • The HR team is dedicated to Dalma's employees. It is responsible for recruiting the best talent and ensuring their well-being and development, by creating an inclusive, caring, and stimulating environment.

  • The Finance team is responsible for the company's accounts. It plans the budget and carries out financial reporting and accounting to achieve the company's strategic objectives. It establishes and manages all financial indicators and ensures that we meet our financial and tax obligations.

  • Finally, the Legal team ensures the company’s legal compliance, making sure all our activities adhere to current laws. They also provide expertise to other departments as needed, helping with contract drafting or managing potential disputes.

Ops optimizes our processes and automates claims to improve the customer experience, reduce costs, and support growth.

The Insurance team secures our business by managing risks, compliance, and exchanges with our insurance partners.

Finally, the Analytics & Data team transforms data into decisions by analyzing performance and promoting a data-driven culture within the company.
